    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order 46 (2) (b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation regarding the management of Kenya Ports Authority (KPA). In the Statement the Chairperson should:- (1) Explain the circumstances that led to the reshuffling of top management officials at the KPA (2) State the rules and measures that have been put in place to shield the management of the KPA from interference in the running of the affairs of the Mombasa Port. Thank you."
