    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, on a point of order. To the best of my recollection, the Sen. Olekina brought a request for a Statement last year and then it lapsed with the session. When we came back to this new session, he requested for the Statement again. The Chairman of the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources is reading to you a letter in reference to the lapsed question in the last session. I do not believe it can take that long for one Ministry to transfer a responsibility to another and for an answer to be enlisted to be brought to this House. This is particularly, when it is touching on the very touchy issue of land, its alienation and the risk of that land being grabbed. Is the Chairman in order to bring us belated information on a day when he is supposed to give us the answer? He is now passing it on to another Chair when he could have done this when the question was raised."
