    "content": "(b) The Ministry has rolled out the Aquaculture Technology and Innovation Transfer Programme to upgrade Sagana and Kiganjo to produce quality and affordable seed to enhance fish production. (c) In addition, the Ministry will roll out the Aquaculture Business Development Project, which is set to rehabilitate non-functional fish ponds, introduce intensive fish culture technologies and enhance the capacity in post-harvest technologies and marketing.
