When we started this Session, you issued a Communication from the Chair and indicated that you expected the response to statements to be signed by the Chairpersons of the Standing Committees when they bring them back to this House. However, what I have is signed by Dr. Andrew K. Tuimur, CBS, who has not been elected to this House and does not chair any committee. If you could provide guidance on that; whether this, then, is a legitimate statement that should be read before this House or not before I can query it."
