    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to thank you for giving me an opportunity to attend the IPU meetings. I was a new Member then and I had not travelled a lot, but you saw it fit that somebody from Pokot should get an opportunity to attend IPU meetings. I moved an amendment to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2015 and 2016 which won the whole world, and they approved it. If it was not because of you, I would not have had the opportunity to play international politics. I am a Chairman of a Committee now. I do not know whether you will give me the opportunity to represent our country. I will leave that to your wisdom, but you know that I did very well. I want to encourage those who will go there to do the same."
