    "content": "I have looked at the Report, and I have seen the functions of IPU. It provides global platform forums for parliamentarians on the issues of democracy, security, matters of the United Nations (UN), and the role of Parliament in providing a platform for dialogue and interaction of people across the world. If you look at the current dispensation in the world, for example in Africa, Asia, Middle East, Europe and the USA, you clearly understand why such a forum is important for the world. A group of people must come together to see whether what is happening today augurs well. We see failed nations which do not have parliaments, others have been taken over by terrorists and criminals and others have ceased to bring forward their leadership changes through democracy."
