    "content": "This programme also enhances stability in the country. If we get into these blocks and we all talk the same language, there will be peace. If you go to Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda and they are all speaking the same language, even our political stability in the region is enhanced. So, we have to work hard and ensure people with expertise and understanding on this programme are given the opportunity to propagate our agenda and ensure that we get the service. That is why I am so humbled that our own, Hon. Wangari, is able to understand this. She has given a short presentation, but we need to support to ensure that we get many people who will do this at a higher level."
