    "content": "My colleague, Dr. Gogo, Member of Parliament for Rangwe, talked about the blue economy. Kenya has come out very strongly to support protection of marine life. The ban on plastics was a very strong statement and brave move by the Government of Kenya to show that it supports the blue economy and supports the security and protection of marine life. Most of those plastic papers used to find their way to the Indian Ocean, spoil the ecosystem and kill marine life. We are very pleased because there is awareness now that we can reap much if we support the blue economy."
