    "content": "involves movement of teachers. We want to urge through this Motion that the TSC ensures that teachers are permanently stable. The concept of de-localisation may not work. It may aggravate the stability of teachers further. I urge this House to support this Motion as an affirmative action so that all our children can have access to not only quality but equitable education delivered by the presence of qualified teachers at all times, whether there is peace or not. Thank you."
