    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I found out from those who are on the ground that even the said leaders who are talking here do not go to these schools. They have never met them. It is actually wrong to come here and tell you they have talked to local teachers transferred from all over Kenya to their region yet they have never had even a session of a cup of tea with them. It is wrong. It is high time that the TSC had a temporary measure of giving you whatever you will take because of insecurity."
