    "content": "Pursuant to Standing Order No.127(5), I stand here to give a progress report on the Committee’s deliberation of the Energy Bill, 2017 and the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Bill 2017. Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 127(1), the Energy Bill 2017 and the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Bill 2017 were read the First Time in this House on Wednesday, 14th February 2018 and thereafter they were committed to the Departmental Committee on Energy for consideration."
