Speaker, I would like you to give guidance to the Committees so that when we go out to conduct public participation we restrict ourselves to that which is in the public interest and for the national good and not to take our Committees to our constituencies and end up wasting this House’s and national resources by going to engage with people who have no idea what public participation is all about.
