The smallest rule in any war is that when the general says you match on, you match on; when the general says you retreat, you retreat; when the general says you resist, you resist; when the general says you hibernate, you hibernate, and when he says dialogue, you dialogue. The last time I checked in our books and records, the Major-General we had in NASA was one Raila Amollo Odinga. The others were lieutenant-generals and other lower cadres. When the chief of defence forces speaks for the military, you have the order. I have checked the agreement of the NASA. I read it from page one to the last; I have not seen a single statement that says Raila Odinga should not meet Uhuru Kenyatta.
