Speaker, as you know, I cannot interrupt my friend when he is speaking to this, but a report of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is one of the most important reports that we have in this House. In fact, Hon. Wandayi bears one of the biggest responsibilities in this House. Could it be in order if my friend would move to the Dispatch Box where historically we can see him as the Chairman of PAC presenting a report and not like a back-bencher where we have to strain our heads to look behind?"
