    "content": "I spent seven good years of my professional life in Uganda. I am married to a lovely lady whose parents one comes from Gulu and the other one from Jesa in Buganda land. So, Uganda is very much home for me; they are my bakois, which means in-laws. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a lot that we can learn from Uganda. We tend to think that Kenya is a big brother or a big superpower. However, even in parliamentary practice, you will realise that what Uganda has done when it comes to the budgeting process, it is something that Kenya can still emulate.
