    "content": "I have spoken to the two Chairs. I hope by then, they will be in a position to table their reports of both the Computer and Cybercrimes Bill, 2017 and the Irrigation Bill. Through you, Hon. Speaker, I also wish to urge all the committee chairs who have Bills before them to fast- track their considerations and table their respective reports, so as to guide the debate of the House during the Second Reading of those Bills."
