    "content": "Besides these five areas, there is a provision of Kshs4.5 billion from the national Government share as a special grant to the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) to cater for free maternal healthcare to be disbursed as reimbursement to county governments. This will allow expectant mothers, both for pre-natal and post-natal care, to access maternal healthcare free of charge in any county government-managed hospital across the country.
