We have some resources here which have been provided under the Kenya Devolution Support Programme to build capacities of the county governments in terms of public financial management, human resource management and most importantly, planning, monitoring and evaluation. If this money is utilised well, it can go a long way in supporting these county governments to make sure that the resources allocated end up being used for the right purpose."
