    "content": "the Senate will not raise issues and put us in mediation. You do not argue in a case where you do not know how the money has been raised. This is the House that approves taxation and everything. So, take what you are given. If you want to add more, come with heshima and say, “please, add for me more”, but it is not their right to demand. The National Assembly is where national Government resources are administered. A Member said that the Senate is a junior House, but I am told that after the handshake, the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party are now equal in the House.
