    "content": "hoping that the counties can also emulate the same principle and allocate some resources specifically to bring up some of those sub-counties that have been left behind. My constituency, for example, has been left behind over time. Hon. Speaker, I am quite confident that this year the national Government will realise the projected revenue and especially with the recent development in our country through the ‘Building of Bridges Initiative’ by our two leaders, namely, His Excellency the President and the Right Hon. Raila Odinga. They have shown this country the right way to go and we expect that we will have investment in our country and more investor confidence which will bring in more revenue, so that our country can collect enough money to realise this Budget."
