    "content": "I end by urging all systems, national and county, to work together without necessarily wanting that common man out there to keep on wondering which is national or county. Whenever I go home, the question which I am getting is whether this or that road is for the county or the national Government. We are all working towards their development and it is important that we coordinate and work towards that, so that overall, all of us can be happy when everything is moving in the right direction. I urge county governments and the national Government, especially when I am talking behind the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, that we have constituencies in this country. I want to tell my brothers who have been talking about marginalisation and how some counties and constituencies in certain regions are being favoured and not others. I invite those colleagues to some of our constituencies and especially mine in Mwea. Of course, they will go back with a few kilos of the best rice in Africa. They should come and see that we really are in need of some of these developments. I have only four kilometres of road and I am expecting that through this Budget, by the end of the year, I will be a proud person to have added several kilometres within that constituency.
