    "content": "We pass the Division of Revenue Bill and when it goes to the Senate, we normally have differences, and then we go for mediation. What happens after mediation? We do not have any provision in the law on what should happen after mediation. As legislators, we should come up with a legislation that explains what happens in case members of a mediation committee on revenue allocation fail to agree. If it fails, it is very dangerous; the counties will not have money. These are things we must look forward to and see how we will adjust them."
