    "content": "The other issue I am concerned with is the Equalisation Fund that is supposed to be given to marginalised counties. There is a process of identifying them. As we talk, there are eight counties that are considered for the Equalisation Fund. I know counties like Siaya and Kitui are not in that classification. This is something the Commission of Revenue Allocation should look at to ensure that counties that deserve the resources are given. I do not think that it is only North Eastern counties that deserve the Equalisation Fund. Most counties even in Nyanza deserve the Fund."
