    "content": "whatever it takes to avoid some of the jurisdictional conflicts we have witnessed in particular between this House and the Senate. It is not in the interest of taxpayers, it is not in the interest of Members of Parliament and it is not in the interest of anybody. It only serves the interests of the corrupt and other cartels out there. Therefore, I appeal to the Chairman and other Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee that we do not want to hear this Bill being subjected to a mediation process because that does not serve anybody’s interests."
