    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to congratulate the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the House for passing the Division of Revenue Bill, 2018. Members have spoken to the issue of the Equalisation Fund. I sit in the Budget and Appropriations Committee. One of the things that we have said is that we must review the policy around the Equalisation Fund so that it takes into account areas like my constituency of Suba North, which has differentials within the constituency.
