    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to this debate. First, I want to congratulate the Budget and Appropriations Committee for coming up with this Bill. As a Member of PAC, I want to promise the House that in the next revenue allocation, we will ensure that we use the most recent audited accounts as presented to the House. We are working hard to ensure that all the accounts that come to Parliament pass through our Committee to ensure that we have the most recent audited accounts."
