This Bill is going to be of great importance to Kenyans because it is going to bring order. If you ask anybody who has travelled worldwide, they will say that Kenya is a good country, but there is traffic jam disorder from the drivers, uncoordinated procedures and poor enforcement of rules that have become a serious impediment to our road development."
