    "content": "This is a good thing that should be supported by everybody, especially politicians like governors. It is easier to have an authority that is going to address the problems that are related to transport in Nairobi City than a governor who is also looking forward to re-election. It is much easier for a CEO running an authority to deal with the mess that is in this city than a politician. Every five years, just before an election, we find the city of Nairobi in chaos because nobody wants to take the responsibility of restoring order because they fear that they would be voted out. That goes for all other sectors in addition to the transport sector. This is a good starting point as it shows how the various county governments can collaborate and even incorporate the national Government and move the country forward. Actors in the two levels of government will share ideas to ensure that they effectively carry out all the functions together for the good of this country.
