    "content": "Many major cities always operate in an orderly manner. Being the capital city of Kenya, we would like visitors from outside this country to come and find order in this city and, therefore, be able to move around without a lot of impediments. We hope and believe that this Bill is also going to condition the way the transport system is applied, especially when it comes to the management of the different types of transport. I have in mind the emergency efforts, especially when we have to transport water from one point to another or when we have fire brigades moving to sites when there is a fire incident that needs to be taken care of."
