    "content": "Management Authority and Kenya Pipeline Corporation (KPC) are all Government agencies? Do we have a standard policy that is followed by all of those agencies? I hope the Committee will go through it. It is very unfair for the normal mwananchi to see his or her neighbour just across the road being compensated for a similar land, yet he or she is not being compensated.
