Shebesh raised, when you were ruling, you mentioned something about hon. Members of Parliament, but what has been happening has been between Members of the Executive – a Minister and an Assistant Ministers. We have had two such cases so far. So, it has nothing to do with Members of Parliament. In view of the fact that the Cabinet will be going to Mombasa tomorrow for some training, could you communicate to the two Principals, so that they can reign in their errant Ministers and Assistant Ministers, who are embarrassing us outside the House?"
