    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a country, we must be ready to support development that makes a difference in the country. My colleague from Narok is uncomfortable with the train passing through Narok. I wish it could pass through Kiambu, Nyandarua and Elgeyo Marakwet counties. My people wish that it would pass through their county because of the economic benefit of employment and tourism which will make this country a different place. I beg to support and rest my case."
