    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to join you in welcoming the visitors; the Chiefs from Botswana and the delegation from Bungoma and the Maasai community members from Gilgil. I was once the Provincial Commissioner (PC) for the former Western Province, where the people from Bungoma come from. I was also the PC for the former Rift Valley Province where the Maasai people come from. It gives me great pleasure to reconnect with them this afternoon and welcome them. Thank you."
