This is regarding the status of the Ministry of Agriculture Land, formally known us Livestock Department in Sholinke, Oloosirkon Ward, Kajiado East Constituency, Kajiado County. In the Statement the Chairperson should:- (1) State the status of the land, indicating its current use, size, whether it is registered and, if so, the registration number. (2) State whether there are plans by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, given that agriculture is a devolved function, to collaborate with the community and the County Government of Kajiado in the use of the said land. Madam Temporary Speaker, I have two statements but let me wait for the response of the Chairperson."
