Mary Seneta during the Senate sitting held on Tuesday, 27th February, 2018. She requested for a comprehensive Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on climate change and its effects on the livelihood of pastoralists and livestock. The specific concerns raised and their corresponding responses by the Cabinet Secretary are as follows: I will give a brief of the responses."
