    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am being very clear. You are a former DC and your colleague is distributing cash. There is a problem there. What moral authority would you have, if that is the general process you would go through during your time as a DC, to question it? What I am trying to push for is that the subject of resettling displaced persons is a specialized field and the Government should not--- They are agitated for being told to bring in professionals to run a programme that has shown that they are using a methodology that has been internationally discouraged. I shall not withdraw because I strongly believe in what I have said."
