"content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. One issue that we need to clarify is that the response came early on 5th March. However, all along it has been on the Order Paper and has been skipped or postponed to another day. Without belabouring the point, to answer my colleague who is also a Member of the Committee on Tourism, Trade and Industrialization, I would like to concur with him. These answers have been given to us by the respective Ministry. If, indeed, he is the person on the ground and as the Senator for Taita Taveta County, if he is not satisfied with the answers that we have given here, it does no harm for the Committee or Sub-committee to go and visit the officers in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. They can confirm whether this response is true or not and then we will report to the House."
