"content": "A moment has happened in this country that requires us then to leap from where we are sitting and touch the hem of God’s garment. We should use the opportunity to review our Constitution, laws related to devolution, the Senate and the National Assembly, so that we can continue improving the status of life of the people of Kenya, delivering to them and ensuring we have a country that is united. I hope that we shall be involved in preparation of amendments; that is, of course, up to individual Senators. Moving forward, we will propose some amendments to it, in consultation with my party leadership, in the House. I support."
