    "content": "I am glad to tell the House that as far as the nominees of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) are concerned – these are not subject to approval by this House - the PSC has nominated two names to his Excellency the President, namely hon. Oloo Aringo, EGH and Ms. Irene Njeri Wanyoike. These will not be subject to debate by the House. That leaves the nominees of the Senate on behalf of the county governments to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission to be dealt with by the House. There is currently no senate yet the Constitution provides that the Salaries and Remuneration Commission shall include one person to represent the Senate on behalf of the county governments."
