Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. because I was held up in traffic, but he lived to our honour and said he is satisfied with what I discussed with him. The question as to when to give the questioner a copy of the response has been asked many times in this House. Suffice it to say the answer is given to the questioner through the normal parliamentary process. However, I would like your guidance on whether it is the duty of the Committee Chairperson to personally look for the Senators who sought statements and to hand them the responses.
