    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when I said I was not sure of the numbers, someone was doing the headcount. We have 21 delegations. There is nothing in the Standing Orders which says we cannot vote if we have 21 delegations. However, in the tradition of this House, it will be good if we can vote when we have enough delegations. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it was you who ruled in this House that it will be necessary for the minority and majority sides to consult. I promised yesterday that I will be consulting with the new Senate Minority Leader. So, if you give me time because he is still settling in the office, I will consult with him, together with the Minority Whip and the minority side team so that by tomorrow we will be ready to put it to vote."
