I am sure that after listening to the debate on the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, they will leave this Senate feeling patriotic and take the message home. Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to support this very important Bill on flags and emblems. I thank the hon. Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. for coming up with this patriotic Bill. This Bill brings a sense of nationalism, patriotism and belonging."
