Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. for bringing this Bill to the Floor of the House. It is an important Bill. In fact, this Bill embraces the spirit of togetherness and patriotism. It reminds us, as Kenyans, where our forefathers have brought us from and the good fight they fought to liberate us from the colonialists.
