    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I thank my fellow Senators and colleagues for their contribution to this Bill. I have listened to all the comments and they are positive. Sen. Olekina proposes, and I agree, that the flag should be flown all the time. Although I have no objection to it, the idea was to make sure that during the national holidays everybody has an opportunity to fly the national flag. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Sen. Wako proposed that governors, deputy speakers, the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice and chairpersons of committees fly flags; again, I have no objection.
