"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious matter and I find the answer by the Assistant Minister completely unsatisfactory. This man has continued to suffer. For 36 years, he has tried to pursue occupation of his land which the Ministry has rightfully allocated him. He has a title deed to the land. The man has gone to court and he has several cases. I do not have all of them here, but he has followed the due process of the law in trying to occupy this land. I find the answer by the Assistant Minister completely unsatisfactory. This man has gone through all those processes and 36 years later, he is still a squatter in my constituency. He has been unable to remove Mr. Ng’eno from his land."
