    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order to continue listing to Sen. Mwaura who was a Member of the Committee and yet Standing Order No.207 (4) says:- “A Select Committee shall adopt its report in a meeting attended by a majority of its members. (5) A report having been adopted by a majority of Senators, a Minority of the Dissenting Report may be appended to the report by any member or members of the committee.” Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this is a Member from that Committee who does not have a minority report that is appended.
