    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to second that amendment. It definitely goes down to put what we have said in this Senate. It affirms the spirit of this Senate. Definitely, that amendment will go a long way to state how serious we are when it comes to our business. If we could adopt that, it would set the tone that we want in this Senate. If we take it back to the Committee to discuss and reopen the matter, we might not achieve our purpose. I second because this Senate is not a rubber-stamping body. This Senate is supposed to scrutinize and receive reports, not just to look at them but to do what is required of us. We have done justice. I support this amendment.
