    "content": "We should not specify the region. It should not be in Northern Kenya or hardship areas. I have discussed with the Mover of the Motion. We are totally in agreement that the welfare of all police officers should be looked into across the board; not just in those regions. The reason why I am proposing this amendment is because police officers across the board share tents, tin shacks and mud houses. Their morale is low all the time. That is why even when you go to discuss something with them with a clean mind and heart, they will never be friendly. They share houses, the way Hon. Mohamed Ali said."
