    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I am opposed to the amendment. The reason is that if we look at the seventh line, the Motion talks about officers across the country. North Eastern and other hardship areas have unique problems. Problems in Nairobi County are not the ones in Mandera, Turkana or Baringo counties. Therefore, if we introduce any change at this point, the spirit of this Motion will be lost. I, therefore, object to an amendment to it."
