    "content": "I rise to support this Motion. I want to say something that was said by Hon. Iringo earlier. We have these Private Members’ Motions every Wednesday: Throughout the year and throughout the five-year terms. Very few of them are implemented. We need to look at this as a House and see whether it is time well spent. We have a Committee on Implementation. Before we even really blame the Executive, we must ask what our Committee on Implementation is doing. This same Motion or a very similar one has been in this House before. If the Committee on Implementation was working, we would have expected that what has been passed is implemented. A schedule of the Motions that have been approved by this House should be prepared so that when a Member prepares a Motion similar to another one that has been approved; he can be told that a similar Motion has been passed.
